The biggest question I get is “Justin I have a pocket 6k from BMD and I would like to use it in a broadcast set up. What lens should I get?” Well I did a little testing and I wanted to share the shots here for everyone to see.

What I found is that the 70-200mm lens is pretty perfect for this application. The 200mm focal length is harder to focus on the small pocket screen even more so when you are outside. I still think this is an option if you already have this camera and just want to get a new lens. If you are looking for a new camera get a studio camera from BMD.
